We’re happy to announce our collaboration with a new design studio in town, The Focal Point.  New home builds and renovations are known to be difficult for clients because of the number of decisions to make, products and specifications, budgets, and general upkeep of a constantly changing course of events.

By teaming up with this studio, we hope to provide our clients a one-stop shop to design, choose, and order the products you love without the hassle.  No more driving around town or worrying over multiple orders.  The Focal Point will act as an intermediary between Magnolia Development and our clients, ensuring budgets are followed, material orders are placed and tracked, deliveries are timely, and instillation is to your standards. This allows you to make the choices you need to, under professional guidance and as efficiently as possible, while we focus on the construction aspect of building your dream.
