PROCESS
The Procedure
The “Process Pathway” outlines a comprehensive, step-by-step journey from initial contact to move-in for a construction or renovation project. It begins with early-stage planning, including an analysis meeting, design concept, and cost projection, followed by milestone setting. The pathway continues through site preparation, timeline establishment, material selection, and permit validation. Once construction begins, it leads to a guided walk-through, final meeting, touch-ups and cleaning, and culminates with closing and move-in. The process emphasizes organized planning, clear communication, and thorough execution to ensure a smooth and client-focused experience.
This initial phase of the process focuses on pre-construction planning. It begins with the Initial Contact, followed by an Analysis Meeting to assess project needs. A Design Concept is then developed, leading to a Cost Projection, where estimated material costs are provided (not finalized until selections are made). Finally, the Set Milestones step outlines key project benchmarks and timelines to guide the next stages.
This phase covers the core construction preparation and execution. It begins with obtaining necessary Permits/HOA Validations, followed by Material Selection and Ordering. Next, an Establish Timeline step ensures coordinated scheduling. Site Prep then prepares the physical location, leading into the Construction stage, where building work officially begins.
This final stage focuses on project completion and client handoff. It begins with a Guided Walk-Through to review the finished work, followed by a Final Meeting to address any remaining questions or concerns. Touch-Ups & Final Cleaning ensure the space is polished and ready. The Closing step finalizes all documentation and transitions ownership, leading to the ultimate goal: Move-In.
