Magnolia Development was founded shortly after Hurricane Laura had a devasting impact on our local community. While experiencing the heartache of destruction and the disappointment in finding reliable help, the motivation to make a difference quickly became an incontrovertible purpose. So, we set out to rebuild and recover.
The experience of facing these unique challenges alongside our neighbors inspired our commitment to being known for reliability and unwavering dedication to restoring homes and lives.

Chad Paulk holds both commercial and residential construction licenses, offering a wide range of expertise to meet the unique needs of each client. However, we believe it’s Chad’s unique background and foundation in various work industries that make up the moral-values and work ethic of our business.
With 16 years of experience in teaching and team building, Chad has developed a proven track record for coaching successful teams and fostering collaborative environments. This expertise has translated seamlessly into the construction industry, where strong leadership, collaborative teamwork, and organization are key to circumventing obstacles and delivering exceptional results.
As a licensed landscape horticulturist for over 20 years, Chad brings a unique and valuable perspective to every construction project. This experience allows for a seamless blend of construction and landscaping, resulting in a cohesive vision where the structure and surroundings complement each other perfectly. Even if your project doesn’t include landscaping, Chad’s business foundation adds a layer of planning composition, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that elevates every project he undertakes.
